Amitabh Bachchan(Dwarka Anand) is a retired school teacher who strongly opposes evil forces in the society. Manav (Ajay Devgn) is Dwarka’ son Akhilesh’s friend who believes in starting up his own business.

Akhilesh gets married to Sumitra (Amrita Rao) and after three years, dies in an accident.
